In addition to packing white flour and legumes, the organization packs fine (Farkha) and coarse semolina, brown flour (local), yellow corn (gluten-free) and white corn with high quality that suits the needs of customers.   • Al-Jawida Flour (Zero): is considered the most suitable for making all types of pastries, pizza, burger bread, and pigeon bread, due to its high quality, as it contains 12% protein, gluten, and an ash percentage ranging from 0.5% to 0.55%. It is available in several different sizes.
  • Al-Zahra flour (zahra): is considered the most suitable flour for making sweets, especially cakes of all kinds, because it contains more than 20% protein, a percentage of gluten, and a lower percentage of ash than others. It is available in different sizes to meet all needs.
  • Brown flour: Brown flour (local) is available and is a healthy and beneficial food product rich in vitamins and minerals. It is characterized by its dark brown color that is clear when baking and its unique rich flavor. It is made without removing the bran or outer shell from the grains and without removing the germ of the wheat grain, which gives it a very high nutritional value and is beneficial for the health of the digestive system and the body. It is available in two types, coarse and fine, weighing 1 kilo.
  • Semolina: The institution provides two types of fine semolina (Farkha), which is distinguished by its golden color and soft texture, which is carefully ground and is considered rich in proteins and dietary fiber. The coarse type is available, which is made from natural durum wheat and is distinguished by its dark color and is available in a weight of 1 kilo.
  • Legumes: The company provides the finest types of legumes and grains for daily use. Our products are distinguished by their selection from the most important sources of countries specialized in growing types of grains. We have (lentils of both types, bulgur of both types, freekeh of both types, white beans, popcorn, and chickpeas).
